Applications & approval
Every seat is by application. Submitting an application is a request, not a reservation. We review each party and respond by email or text with an approval and booking link.
Prepayment
Approved tables are held only once the prix fixe is prepaid in full for the confirmed party size. Unpaid holds are released without notice.
Cancellations & changes
Prepayments are transferable to another Aztechy date with at least 7 days' notice, and non-refundable within 7 days of the event. Party size reductions inside 72 hours are not refunded. We may relocate or reschedule an event for reasons outside our control; you may transfer or receive a credit.
House conduct
Guests must be 23+ unless stated otherwise, arrive within the seating window, and respect the dress code and other guests. We may refuse or end service for disruptive behavior without refund.
Photography & media
Our events are photographed and filmed. By attending you grant Aztechy permission to use likenesses captured at the event for promotional purposes. Tell a host on arrival if you prefer to be excluded.
