Information we collect

When you apply for a table or join our list we collect your name, email, phone number, party details, and any dietary or accessibility notes you share. We use this only to review applications, confirm reservations, process prepayment, and send event information.

How we use and share it

We never sell your information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — payment processing, email and SMS delivery, and the venue hosting your night — and only as needed to host you.

SMS messaging terms

• Consent: by providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring transactional and marketing text messages from Aztechy Hospitality Group about applications, reservations, prepayment, and upcoming dinner parties. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Frequency: message frequency varies; typically up to 4 messages per month plus reservation-related messages.
• Rates: message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for assistance, or email aztecyhospitality@gmail.com.
• Privacy: mobile information is never sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All opt-in data is used solely to deliver the messages you requested.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing aztecyhospitality@gmail.com. Email unsubscribe links appear in every campaign.
