The Aztechy
experience
Aztechy is a hospitality group inspired by the energy of European celebrations. After seeing the same experiences repeated, we created something we felt was missing: an event built equally around quality food, music, entertainment, and the people in the room.
Each Aztechy event is developed specifically for its venue, with a unique chef-curated menu, globally inspired cocktails, Afro House DJs, live musicians, signature performers, tableside experiences, and a carefully selected guest list.
Every menu, lineup, and experience is created specifically for that location and that event. Guests come together for an experience that begins at the table and continues through music, entertainment, and connection.

Aztechy was founded by Alex Morris, Diesel Paik, and Dean Ferrante with a shared vision: to bring the energy of European-inspired events to South Florida through food, music, entertainment, and a carefully curated guest experience.
Alex Morris
Cofounder · Brand & marketing
Alex is an entrepreneur and marketing strategist who has built and scaled multiple service-based brands. He leads Aztechy’s brand direction, marketing, content, and growth strategy.
Diesel Paik
Cofounder · Operations & guest experience
Diesel brings experience in operations, team leadership, and customer experience. He oversees the planning and coordination behind each event, ensuring every detail is executed properly.
Dean Ferrante
Cofounder · Hospitality & entertainment
Dean brings years of experience in hospitality, nightlife, and guest relations. He leads Aztechy’s venue relationships, talent, entertainment, and the experience delivered throughout each event.
