The room opens at eight with a glass in hand and closes whenever the last table decides. Dinner is served along a single fifty-seat table inside a private villa in the Design District — the kind of night where you leave knowing the people beside you.

The menu

• Amuse — smoked stone fruit, labneh
• Crudo — citrus, chili oil, sand herbs
• Handmade pasta — saffron, brown butter
• Fire course — chef's selection
• Plateau — cheese, honeycomb, pears
• Dessert — burnt cream, terracotta cacao

Seats are held by application. Approved guests confirm, then receive an invoice.
